The whirlwind of ideas, turbo planter and numbers guy. He knew he wanted a farm since he was 15 and still sees lemon-picking as one of his favourite jobs. He enjoys hiking, riding his motorbike, fishing and playing table tennis / basketball at the local clubs. Nowadays you can also find Jay working at Five Tales Farm in Noojee.

The one that replies to you on Instagram, raises plants and responsible for those pretty flower bouquets. Being from The Netherlands she has big shoes to fill and lots of strange sayings to translate. When she’s not warning everyone about sun safety she’s most likely reading, pottering around, hiking, running the local trails, brushing horses or eating cucumbers. She also works off farm at The Salvation Army, serving the community in a different way.
